The property was clean, a little dark but clean. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and fast. The bathrooms could have been cleaned up a bit more, otherwise good experience.

It is really amazing hotel . With amazing location . We loved it. It is a must visit hotel. Staff is very very kind . And plus perfect location for all the places.

Reception guy woke us up at 11. 30 pm. Was ringing bell, calling on extension. Smelly room and bathroom. Felt like hell.

Reception guy woke us up at 11.30 pm in the middle of night. He was ringing our door bell, calling at our extension to ask us to remove our car. Finally, turned out it was not even our car Room, bathroom was smelling badly. No room boys, absolutly no service, hospitality. Felt as if we have to pay those guys even to get a smile out of their faces

The hotel is at a prime location but not on the main road it is 50m inside a lane, so that is good! Kalpetta bus stand is within 500m. lots of food options nearby. There is a hypermarket very nearby. The room was very good and clean with amenities. The staff was also helpful and friendly. We were happy with our stay at Zubis Inn.

Hotel staff were very much courteous and cooperative. Rooms were excellent with all type of amenities. Cleanliness was exceptional. I would like to give overall rating of five stars. Thanks to makemy訂房網站 for arranging zubisinn for a great experience.

Receptionist welcomed us warmly, we can stay as if it's our place, no complementary food but got a return gift during checkout, separate room for luggages you can place it and get it back after shopping, nice stay.
